1 review and 7 photos of KLM ROYAL DUTCH AIRLINES "I am so devastated. They promised a service that they did not deliver. When my dog arrived he was dehydrated, hungry, and sitting in his own urine. The service I purchased promises to walk him, clean his cage, and make sure he had the food and water that was provided by me. I constantly asked after him and no one seemed to know anything useful. I will not fly KLM with a pet again and cannot recommend it."
