No one at the counter spoke English, they lost our luggage AND THEN couldn't get it to us for 3 days...., their flight attendants are rude like, reaaaaaally rude, the seats are so close (I'm 5'2 and my knees touch the seat in front), you have to pay to carry on, you don't get any complimentary food or drink, and 4 out of my 4 flights have been late. The flight I'm currently on is now and hour and a half late. I've been sitting on the plane for an hour now waiting to take off. Don't fly this airline. EVER EVER EVER."
