Turned us around for departure in about 20 min. Very friendly crew onboard, and before I even landed I had an email with a credit to use later because of the delay. Keep in mind, it's kinda a Jet Blue/Spirit hybrid. Think, branding of Jet Blue with pricing of Spirit. If you buy the base fare, everything is an up charge. I actually bought a first class seat for $129 and it was great. Only downside is minimal customer service options if you need to speak with someone. They respond to text, but don't have a phone number to call. They were very responsive, it just wasn't immediate when I had a question. I'd definitely fly with them again! I rolled the dice on it because I figured if it fell apart I'd only spent a hundred bucks, but it was a great experience overall."
